Aux Fils de la Cathédrale

This series takes shape in dialogue with the reconstruction of Notre-Dame de Paris, following the 2019 fire. Inspired by the cathedral’s transformation, these works merge painting and embroidery, layering pigment and thread to echo both its fragile state and enduring resilience.

Drawing from historical imagery and architectural restoration, the pieces explore preservation, memory, and the passage of time—where stitched lines trace both absence and reconstruction.
